Time to start reading labels and change your diet
The perils of corn syrup, especially High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS), in our food and beverages have had a horrible effect on our bodies. We have mindlessly consumed them over that last 35 years in the United States and the Americas. While in Europe and other parts of the world Glucose syrup is the standard, also less issues with obesity and diabetes type II. Fructose, HFCS, and glucose will get you fat if you over consume them. The metabolic pathways of fructose, HFCS, and glucose do however take different path ways in the body HFCS being the worst.
High Fructose Corn Syrup has been found to have low levels of mercury due to the complex production from corn to HFCS. Although it is in low levels. The questions remains why has this been allowed to be used in so many of our foods including vaccines. WebMD article stated "Overall, we found detectable mercury in 17 of 55 samples, or around 31%; Mercury exposure at high levels can harm the brain, heart, kidneys, lungs, and immune system. A form of mercury called methylmercury is particularly risky to a baby's developing brain and nervous system" (see article for details of the products)
Start reading labels at the grocery store, change what you consume and the producers of these products will be forced to change. There is absolutely NO reason for these toxins to be consumed. Opt for real sugar, honey, and glucose. Although real sugar has both Fructose and Glucose in its chain and the ratio of Glucose and Fructose is different, these variances affect people in very different ways, due to genetics and the consumption habits of an individual. I hope this short post helps those looking to lose that fat make progress. Also keep exercising there is no other way, short of starving yourself and surgery, to lose the fat. I wish you all good health.
