#1 Tip: Food Replacements
This will definitely drastically change your eating habits and especially the bad ones! For example if you really like pasta you can try quinoa instead (most of them come in a bag that you just put in the microwave for a couple of minutes and it is ready to eat) with some veggies or chicken. Another alternative is brown rice or pasta or instead of dairy milk you can pick almond milk, coconut, rice milk or soy milk, also instead of milk chocolate you can taste dark chocolate.
#2 Tip: Drink lots of water
Researches found that drinking water at specific times of the day maximizes the effectiveness it has on the human body. So if you drink water 30 min before a meal it is going to help with your digestion and while you are sleeping your body is going to have an easier time digestion or if you drink water right away when you wake up it is going to activate your internal organs, which is really good for you and all the organs in your body will start working in the morning and you are going to feel so much better during the day.
#3 Tip: Sleep enough
Every hour of sleep before midnight is worth two after midnight. The best hours are from 22:00 to 6:00 accordingly the needs of every person and the duration should be 6-8 hours. Good sleep is as vital to good health as eating healthy foods or getting enough exercise that's why people that cannot sleep in the night in normal hours (they are working etc.) have lower scores on standardized tests of memory and processing speed than those who had normal hours of sleep and also bad hours of sleep has been linked to obesity, heart attack, a higher rate of early death and even lower brain power.
#4 Tip: Be more active
Start to use your feet or a bicycle to go somewhere close or use the stairs instead of the elevator. Those little things can make huge different in you body because you use muscles in your body and you don't think about it as much. Furthermore, you can do 5 min exercise during the day in your free time to tone up part of your corps if you want faster results.

Spend more alone time with yourself learning to love your own company, appreciate all the things that you have and the people who loves you and be grateful. Also, try not to stress for thing that won't matter in 1 year from now, because when someone get anxious many things from his mental to physical health can change dramatically.
