What urine says about you?

Urine is a clear, yellowish, watery liquid, with a characteristic odor, secreted by the kidneys and eliminated externally by the urinary system.
the funny thing is that urine says a lot about you especially about your health as we will see below:

transparent: you drink a lot of water maybe you should drink less.

Yellow: you're fine, healthy and hydrated.

dark yellow: you're fine but maybe you should drink more water.

Amber or honey: your body is not receiving much water.

brown: you can have a liver disease but it can also be a severe dehydration.

pink or reddish: some foods stain the urine or may contain blood.

orange: it can be a liver disease or a food coloring.

blue or green: usually due to a food dye or a urinary infection.

foam in the urine: if it happens often it could indicate an excess of proteins or a kidney problem.
