We live in era of information, but still somehow there is lot of sickness, primarily cause lack of will to find proper information & major actions from groups that don't want you to find real information.

It is evident how more & more effort is put in to depart us from our true selves, disconnect us from the Nature & create humankind that is willing to buy any kind of bullshit for whatever the price is.

That's why, modern medicine for example treats symptoms with chemicals instead of targeting the root of the problem. In that kind of environment, it is easy to lost touch with things that matter & out of desperation reach out to things that aren't actually good for you.

Great example are anti-depressives or pain killers, both substances with dangerous ingredients that damage us in & out. That kind of reality leaves many sick, sickness vary from mental to physical nature, visible or invisible.

Meditation is probably one of the best all-in-one cures for all problems. The brain and mind controls everything in our body and those two can suppress any physical issues.

One of the reasons meditation is so effective is that is is a right brained modality. We are stuck in a predominately left brained society, due to education, jobs, worldview and the media.

Some people are heavily right brain imbalanced. This includes some people who do not think the physical world matters or are extremely religious etc. For these types of people engaging in deep logical though and contemplation, or left brained modalities, may be what's required to balance them out.

Self analysis, or true Self Respect (which means to look at ones self again) will assist you in determining your own particular imbalance, if you have one. You can then determine the most effective way to treat yourself.

Our society promotes imbalance and as such most will be heavily imbalanced one way or the other, with the majority of society being left brain dominant.
