Me and Herbalife

NEW TO HERBALIFE

Hiya you lovely people, i just wanted to share a few ideas that ive found about Herbalife.
recently ive started dieting and i came across Herbalife whilst i was at an exercise class.
Now, i only use the Formula 1 shake mix and the protein bars. i just want to say how nice they are!!!
at the moment ive got the vanilla flavour shake mix and the the protein bars i have tried are the vanilla and almond, then the lemon ones. They are DELICIOUS!!!

At the moment my diet goes like so..

  • vanilla shake in the morning for breakfast either with or without fruit
    *snack (protein bar or fruit)
    *healthy lunch
    *healthy snack
    *nutritious dinner
    i drink plenty of water also and keep my calorie count to 1200 a day!

eventually i will be having two shakes a day which will replace two meals. but i shall be keeping my one healthy nutritious meal a day.T_0217_eating-healthily_179013608_A.jpg

I really enjoy my shakes in the morning, and i have been looking up about them, different flavours and how to enjoy them more but still be healthy!
here are a few that i have found and want to try :)
these ones are from the Latte formula 1 shake mix

adding blueberries are a good idea! YUM YUM

Also here are some Zero Calorie foods you could eat between meals.
we say zero calorie but acctually they have calories in them, it is just that our body burns more calories digesting them than what are in the acctual food.... which is nice to know!
