Gratitude Day 9: Health is Wealth
There is this saying that "What Doesn't Kill You, Makes You Stronger". I have just been thinking about that saying in the last couple of hours today. Yesterday I made a journey of 6 hours to and fro, for a funeral. The journey was free of any road mishaps, but the sitting arrangement was the opposite of comfortable.
We were supposed to be sitted 3 persons to a row in the bus, but due to some circumstances, we sat 4 persons to a row so that everyone can be conveyed in one bus. It was just one person that knows the direction to our location. At the end of some deliberations, we all were packed as " GOODS ONLY" in the bus, lol. There was practically no space. We enjoyed the journey with one shoulder rubbing against another shoulder. 😀😁😀
Enjoying the ride "side by side" with others. To make it more enjoyable, there was no air-conditioning system. 😁😀😁.
I came back super tired, as if I fought with an army. My legs didn't complain after I came back, but the legs cried foul today because I felt some cramps on my tendons. The pains were so good in reminding me that I didn't move my legs much during the journey. 🙌
I am privileged to have my people around me, and they rallied and got some medications for me. Both for external use and "internal" use, lol.
I was given this to rub on my aching legs.
Thereafter, I was given some round tablets to help me.
Some red tablets are inside this.
After wondering how I was going to miss my Sunday jogging initially, I am grateful that I feel very much better now. I have been lying down so much today because of the pains but I am happy I will be able to make it to my running Tomorrow.
Thank you @tojukaka for bringing this idea up. Everyday is a gratitude day.

I was worried about you while reading your post!
I know people who are cramped into airplanes for a long time sometimes develop blood clots in their legs!
Glad you are okey!
