Avoid eating meal and open with fried foods

After a day of hunger, you may be tempted to eat fatty foods right away when you break the fast. Be careful, eating fried foods that are loaded with bad fats (saturated fat) in the month of fasting can still make you fat.

To meet the nutritional needs of fasting, replace with unsaturated fat. Unsaturated fats are better for health because they do not increase your cholesterol levels. You can get an unsaturated fat intake of nuts, avocados, and fish.
