The Paleo Diet and how it changed my LIFE!!!!

In simple words, the paleo diet consists in eating what was available for our cavemen ancestors. It is mostly a lifestyle that involves decreasing stress, sleeping 8 hours a day (minimum), and staying away from grains, cereals, procesed food, sugar, vegetable oils, legumes, and pretty much everything and anything on the SAD (Standard American Diet).

So... WHAT CAN I EAT!?
Any and every vegetable, fruits (in moderation), nuts (not peanuts, those are legumes!), meat and eggs (if they're grass-fed, better), and fish (preferably wild caught).

Normaly, processed food is full of hormones, antibiotics, GMOs, a shit-ton of sugar, and it is pretty much the root of all diseases.

Personally, I suffer from PCOS, depression, bipolar disorder, severe allergies, leaky gut and atopic dermatitis.

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is linked directly to your sugar and carbohyudrate intake.
Depression is often caused by inflammation due to soy intake.
Allergies are a side-problem if you suffer from leaky gut.

The good news?

The Paleo Diet has improved my over-all health, and I've only been on it for FOUR months!!!!
