Sunflower oil for cooking and olive oil for salads are the safest oils to use.
Almond and Coconut milk also.I have been taking turmeric in my drinks hot and cold for over a year now just a sprinkle ,that's all that's needed then you wont taste it.Thanks to everyone for your health tips.
