A sex and relationship coach is teaching women about vagina weightlifting and its benefits.
It's sometimes referred as "Vaginal Kung Fu", a method she says teaches women how to "physically and emotionally reconnect to their vaginas", and improves their sexual energy. Sort of like yoga but for your vagina.
Some benefits include:
