Great job segregating the types of food we see on an everyday basis into categories. Despite them falling on a continuum in the real world, this is much easier to view and understand for a general audience.

I think what people fail to realise is that crabs are little more than glorified sugars. The bigger and more complex the carbohydrate molecule, the slower the energy release is and the more work the body needs to put in to access this energy.
