Pimples, acne, and the cheap way to end them.

There's a very simple way to reduce facial acne, especially if you're into rubbing smelly things on your face: Vitamin A capsules; well, actually, the vitamin A inside the capsules.

Why? Because vitamin A is literally what keeps the oils of your skin from clumping and blocking pores. It also contributes to regulating the amount of keratinisation of the pore.

So you can hit acne from both ends with the same product:

Go get a bottle of cheap vitamin A capsules (1 x 8,000 IU ingested per day is more than enough for a teen).
Take one capsule each night before bed.
Use a pin to open one end of another capsule (or two) and smear the contents on your nose, face, chin, cheeks, and trouble zones.
If you doubt my advice, understand this: almost every acne cream on the market, including the prescription brands, uses a synthetic retinol, which is the chemical term for... Vitamin A.

It is time for me to try something new. Instead of foul smelling compounds on my skin. Maybe I should really try this.

Vitamin A is cheap and you often have to have a prescription for the synthetic version. With the cheap alternative, you can supplement inside and out! Save yourself money and time!

Thanks for the tip. Having the same problems.
