Selfmade Toothpaste for Mental Health
Wtf - what has my toothpaste to do with my mental health?
Well, a lot.
You might (or not) have heared about the pineal gland. Some cultures adapted it as the „third eye“ while other discribed it as the organ of spirits. In fact it is a tiny little organ pretty much in the middle of your brain. It produces hormones such as melantonin - which is responsible for your inner day-night-rythm - and the well known hormone of hapiness, serotonin.
But that‘s not all:
the special and most fascinating thing about this rice corn sized organ is, that it most likely has the ability to produce DMT.
N,N-Dimethyltryptamine is the main substance in Ayahuasca and probably the most potent psychadelic existing. High-dose-users report to have the so called break through. Trips can‘t be described in words and people are likely to experience the truth about life, death, mankind, time, universe and higher dimensions. In lower doses DMT increases creativity, cognition and awareness.
What is the correlation between DMT and toothpaste?
One of the ingredients almost every toothpaste worldwide includes is flouride. I guess if people knew flourid is a rediculously potent nerve poison, they wouldn‘t give it to their three years old children. Depending on where you live, flouride might get mixed into your drinking water (UK, USA, CAN,...). It causes many types of cancer, bone deseases and - guess what - degeneration of the pineal gland.
1997 Jennifer Anne Luke wrote her dissertation "The effects of flouride on the physiology of the pineal gland".
Here it is: http://epubs.surrey.ac.uk/895/1/fulltext.pdf
The short version: flouride isn‘t good for you.
What can i do?
I decided to produce my own toothpaste.
What you need:
- Coconut Oil -> all in all good for your teeth
- Turmeric -> anti-inflammatory, good for healthy mouth flora and white teeth
- Bicarbonate -> binds acids
- Stevia & Mint Oil -> for the taste
Have fun!
