It's an art
Medicine is not only science, but an art that is developed with the hands, mind and heart, is always carried in all of us who have the courage to seek a cure among so many diseases, not only is the doctor, it is with the nurses, physiotherapists, orderlies, plumbers, sweepers, cleaners, assistants, security agents and even patients that a model of health is built. Probably not the most ideal because of the conditions of a deteriorated infrastructure full of a great shortage of medicines, but full of human warmth and the desire to help people.
This post was built to take a tour of the facilities of these artists who make medicine every day and strive to achieve a better quality of life for our patients. We will travel from the emergency room to the operating rooms, including the streets, to make our work felt.
We will continue to give attention to all people for free as we have always done even before we became known at Steemit. Only this time we must thank the support through this social network to large groups and great people who have given us their support for continuing to grow.

Es un arte
La medicina no solo es ciencia, sino un arte que se desarrolla con las manos, la mente y el corazón, se lleva siempre en todos los que tenemos el valor de buscar la cura entre tantas enfermedades, no solo es el médico, es junto a los enfermeros, fisioterapeutas, camilleros, plomeros, barrenderos, limpiadores, ayudantes, agentes de seguridad e incluso los pacientes que se construye un modelo de salud. Probablemente no el más ideal por las condiciones de una infraestructura deteriorada y repleto de gran déficit de medicamentos, pero si lleno de un calor humano y ganas de ayudar a la gente.
Este post fue construido para dar un paseo a las instalaciones de estos artistas que hacemos la medicina todos los días y nos esforzamos por conseguir una calidad de vida mejor para nuestros pacientes. Recorreremos desde la emergencia hasta los quirófanos, incluso las calles para hacer sentir nuestra labor.
Seguiremos dando la atención a todas las personas de forma gratuita como siempre hemos hecho incluso antes de hacernos conocer en Steemit. Solo que esta vez debemos agradecer el apoyo por este medio de red social a grandes grupos y grandes personas que nos han dado su apoyo por seguir creciendo.

Our Space
Our work as physicians is located in the Central Hospital of Maracay HCM, a hospital that was once a colossal building inaugurated in 1973. At that time, the services and care provided offered were of a quality unmatched by any other in Latin America, surgery of any kind, postgraduate studies in growth, research studies, laboratories, state-of-the-art equipment for the moment and, above all, human resources that were enviable in any country in the world.
It is regrettable how the passing of the years ended its growth and transformed it into deterioration and impairment, the product of poor administration and hospital management that always soaks the hands of corrupt politicians who do not have the necessary or minimal knowledge of how a hospital is run. A chain that is not broken by the continued oppression of those still in power.

Mrs. Maria had a knee injury 5 months ago, after evaluating her and taking some x-rays we noticed that she has a severe osteoarthritis that requires injections once a week for medication, as well as physical therapy to be able to move around better and go shopping with her grandchildren. With our help she has managed to improve her mobility and the pain has practically gone away, she is very grateful and has taken a picture in my office.
Mieres is 28 years old, had a fractured elbow 3 months ago and after a complicated surgery and a long period of weight therapy has managed to regain his mobility almost as before, recently had his first child and can now lift him without problems, is happy and raises this sign of thanks for his help.
This is our hospital office, a modest place with precarious conditions and lack of necessities, in this place Mrs. Maria and young Mieres as well as thousands of people have been and will continue to be cared for.
Many cases come to us every day, children, young people, adults, the elderly, some are good and others are not so good people, but in the same way everyone is treated equally and without discrimination, we are not the ones who should judge others, we should only offer the best of ourselves to heal them.
Nuestro Espacio
Nuestro trabajo como médicos se ubica en el Hospital Central de Maracay HCM, un hospital que una vez fue un edificio colosal inaugurado en el año 1973. En aquel momento los servicios y atenciones que se daban ofrecían una calidad poco igualable a la de cualquiera en Latinoamerica, cirugías de todo tipo, postgrados en crecimiento, estudios de investigación, laboratorios, equipos de última generación para el momento y sobre todo un personal humano que era envidiable en cualquier país del mundo.
Resulta lamentable como el transcurrir de los años fue acabando con su crecimiento y transformándolo en deterioro y menoscabo, producto de una mala administración y gerencia hospitalaria que siempre empapa las manos de corruptos políticos que no tienen el conocimiento necesario ni mínimo de como se maneja un hospital. Una cadena que no se rompe por la opresión continua de las personas que siguen en el poder.
La Sra. María hace 5 meses tuvo una lesión en la rodilla, luego de evaluarla y realizarle algunas radiografías nos percatamos de que tiene una artrosis severa que amerita de inyecciones de una vez a la semana para colocación de medicamentos, además de fisioterapia para poder movilizarse mejor e ir de compras con sus nietos. Con nuestra ayuda ha logrado mejorar bastante su movilidad y el dolor prácticamente se le ha quitado, esta muy agradecida y se ha tomado una foto en mi consulta.

Mieres tiene 28 años, tuvo una fractura de codo hace 3 meses y luego de una cirugía complicada y un largo periodo de terapia con pesas ha logrado recuperar su movilidad casi como antes, hace poco tuvo su primer hijo y ahora puede levantarlo sin problemas, esta feliz y levanta este cartel de gracias por su ayuda.
Este es nuestro consultorio de hospital, un modesto lugar con condiciones precarias y ausencia de lo necesario, en este lugar la Sra. María y el joven Mieres al igual que miles de personas han sido atendidos y seguirán siendo atendidos.
Muchos casos nos llegan todos los días, niños, jóvenes, adultos, ancianos, algunos son buenas y otras no tan buenas personas, pero de igual modo se tratan a todos por igual y sin discriminación, no somos quien debamos juzgar a los demás, solo debemos ofrecer lo mejor de nosotros para sanarlos.
The future
We believe that our country can improve, we believe in our people and the professionalism of our team, we are more and more those who want to return to the Venezuela of before, where everywhere we got free food and our families were together. We know that it is possible and we fight because we want it to be fulfilled.
Our patients support us, they know more than we do the pain of feeling helpless and hospitalized for more than 3 months because the hospitals do not have the necessary supplies, they are not few, they are hundreds of patients who arrive at our wards in the week.
The medical and white coat community continues to grow, our knowledge cannot stop or be less than elsewhere, our desire has to be more when we wake up on a new day. With your support we will continue to be a great team.
El futuro
Creemos que nuestro país puede mejorar, creemos en nuestra gente y el profesionalismo de nuestro equipo, somos cada vez más los que queremos volver a la Venezuela de antes, donde en todos lados conseguíamos comida gratis y nuestras familias estaban juntas. Sabemos que se puede y luchamos porque queremos que se cumpla.
Nuestros pacientes nos apoyan, ellos saben más que nosotros el dolor de sentirse desamparado y hospitalizado por más de 3 meses porque los hospitales no tienen los suministros necesarios, no son pocos, son cientos de pacientes que llegan a nuestras salas en la semana.
La comunidad médica y de las batas blancas sigue creciendo, nuestro conocimiento no puede parar ni ser menor que en otros lugares, nuestras ganas tienen que ser más al despertar en un nuevo día. Con tu apoyo seguiremos siendo un gran equipo.
