You don't need coffee or tea for caffiene , there is now COCOA

Some people get worried from hyper consuming of Coffee and tea due to the problem of hypertension and headache

But we sure need caffiene ^^

So you can now consume COCOA as a source of caffiene that can be consumed many times daily without risks of hypertension like that in coffee and tea

Also COCOA is useful for the immune system as it contains antioxidants which are very helpful for improving the
efficiency of your immune system and make you save from many fatal diseases like cancer and heart diseases

It is good for modifying your bad mood as it helps in increasing secretion of serotonin which is called the hormone of happiness

The coffee is still my favourite, without it I would wither away.

of course coffee still the queen but be extra careful , hyper consuming of coffee will lead to serious problems like hypertension , headache , being extra tired from the least effort so only one cup or two cups of coffee in maximum are good and healthy ( per a day )
