Make A Lifestyle Change--MOVE
In order to lose weight, you must move your body often. It really is the small changes that matter. If you could have a 3 times a week serious workout would be great. But at least take the stairs 2 or 3 times a week at your office building. Ride your bike to the park with your kids. Do 15 minutes of yoga away from your desk. A little extra movement will help your metabolic rate, making it easier to stay in shape.
