HOW TO DEAL WITH FOUL BREADTH – EPISODE 1
This is a very sensitive part of our life’s, thus the need to get it right from the onset. A first time approach with people is very vital to determine how successful we will be in human relation either socially, business or in relationships. I will be doing a thorough elaborate on the subject due to its sensitivity.
A Smelly breath is known as halitosis. It bothers many people and is also often referred as bad breath. Many realize this has become a problem when they start o get attracted to the opposite sex.There does not appear to be any specific predisposition but men might suffer from it more because they also tend to be less conscious of their health.
CAUSES
The consumption of too much of the wrong type of food predisposes one to developing bad breadth. It includes eating too much of certain types of food such as carbohydrates. Carbohydrates cause damage by acting as a fuel for the bacteria which inhabits the mouth and thus break down these foods to reproduce and also give rise to a by-product which is offensive.
The offensive odor in the breath is often difficult to deal with or remove. Instead of consuming a carbohydrate rich food all the time, it is wise to take foods that are rich in fiber. These helps to remove large amounts of bacteria from the mouth.
Another wrong food is garlic consumed in large amounts. This in particular causes the mouth, clothes and even the hair of those who take it, to smell. It produces such a pungent smell which is difficult to get rid of until after several days of trying hard to do so. For those who are used to taking it, perhaps people of their communities learn how to cope with the smell, almost as if it were not there. For example,an Indian will not be aware of the smell of garlic in the breath of a Chinese.

Nice one bro. Regularly brushing one teeth, avoiding late meal can reduce to a degree bad breath and also closing your mouth for very long periods can also contribute to bad breath..
