Well, I was always confused about my body type and you didn't make it clearer (even though you explained it very well) because I still feel that I have something from all 3 of them (I assume that the same body types you can apply to women).

To bad that i couldn't make it any cleaner for you! And yes these body types also refer to woman as wel.
the majority of my posts will be going around health! In a my new two post i'm talking about the one of the (many) reasons why some people aren't losing weight. And my newest post is about our metabolism, and how we can boost it up!
