Piña Colada Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup contemporary pineapple chunks
1 cup sugarless coconut milk
1 banana
1/4 cup ice cubes

2 teaspoons honey, optional
Pineapple wedges, for garnishDirections
In a mixer, mix the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, banana, ice, and, if desired, honey. Puree till sleek. Pour into two massive glasses. Garnish every serving with a pineapple wedge.This smoothie 1st happened a couple of weeks past once my girl was sick. She had throat infection and very needed to eat and however her throat hurt such a lot. I had recently purchased mixed drink juice and she or he was completely diggin’ thereon. And asked if she might have another glass. i made a decision to whip it up as a smoothie with some additional fruit and coconut milk for additional nutrition.
