Banana is a fruit that is eaten by people of almost every continent. Nobody can say that eating banana is not beneficial for health. There are multiple benefits of banana that helps us to stay healthy.

When somebody needs instant energy banana is always the best choice for those who do not like to drink banana shake. banana helps in regulating blood pressure and reducing tension level. Banana also contains vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. The most important benefit is that it helps in reducing depression level.
