thank you for the information. I will check those out. Quality of life is important, I want to grow old but be healthy in old age no sick and dependent on million of pharmacy drugs!
Thats what I'm trying to do. I see whats happening to people that are on a fist full of pharmaceutical drugs and its not pretty.
