Dear Diary: I Thankful For Not Getting Bored Of My Daily Breakfast

I am always happy with my breakfast of stir-fried rice noodles with rice and I do not know why I do not get tired of its taste because it always tastes better and I even could eat a few hours before my dialysis and that I am so thankful for. The meal makes me full for a long time and I do not really want to eat three times a day as it will just make me get waterlogged quickly.

I am just planning to procure myself some "Nepro" which is like Ensure meal replacement drink for dialysis patients. It has a low phosphorus content, high protein content, and high calorie with one can giving up to 250 calories. But I intend to finish up my protein shake because it just gives me some gut revolution because of its lactose.

I also am planning to buy some Lactase as well to support me when I would consume dairy products. I love dairy products like milk but I hate its phosphorus content plus the lactose that gives me a lot of gas and gut discomfort so right now I am just vanishing it from my diet but I will still have to purchase Lactase tablets when I would consume milk products just to avoid inconveniences.

The above plans would be depending on how steem price would go in the near and far future so if it would at least go up more than double of its current price I will be able to afford much of my needed foods that I am always longing to have so that I could enjoy more food and alleviate my long-suffering about trying to get a better well-being because it is really hard without finances especially in my situation and condition.
