It seems that I could never get a good sleep in these times where suddenly a vehicle complete with booming sound system that is playing a jingle for a certain local political candidate would pass by the road beside our house. You will never be in peace because sometimes they hire these drummers which plays a tribal music which knocks the earwax out of your ears because they are loud indeed.

These politicians are mostly corrupt, and I seen it first hand even in the youth sector where money is used for their own gains and it is actually in all sector of the government and military/police. The only politician that I like is the president himself because he has the political will to do all the best for the country.

The president has a mission to really combat illegal drug trade, fight oligarchs, improve the service to the people by cutting red tape especially from the government service, and basically put food on every table. He is doing a good job already with his infrastructure projects like reviving trains and even building a subways system as well to combat being stuck in a traffic jam.

But my hope is that my dialysis allocation from my government health insurance be improved as well so that I can get more easing with my current situation of problems with eating and breathing. Maybe soon it will be a reality since almost all citizens are members of my government's health insurance system.

So it will certainly uplift my way of living and of course my quality of life because I will have frequent blood-cleaning sessions. I thank God for my government health insurance because without it my life would have not been prolonged and I might be long gone already and have not met some of my friends here in the steem community.

I'm so glad there's some government health care provided for you. Here in the US health care is outrageously expensive - about $1600 every month for a family of two, and if you have to go to the doctor, you're still responsible for paying the first $800. The crazy thing is, the very poor can qualify for free care, but as soon as you make enough to lift yourself out of poverty, you're responsible for paying the entire premium - which puts you right back in poverty again! On top of that, the government has made it illegal to not have insurance, so if you don't pay, you get hit with fines.

I'm not saying we don't have a lot of advantages in the US, but it's ironic that so many of us have to travel to other countries to receive the medical care we need.

I only have to pay 48 dollars and I am covered with 90 sessions for my dialysis so it is a life-saver.

The patients that die not affording it is greatly reduced. Now they only have to pay doctor's professional fees, sometimes other dialysis centers does not ask for additional fees.

I think in the US the residents must avail healthcare in other countries because of the reasons you stated @winstonalden

Greetings, buddy. Today you will be in my prayers ... God bless you and fill you with health ... from Venezuela.
