Dear Diary: And Here's The Medicine
Phosphate binder is my anti-guilt feel regarding when I want to eat such foods with high phosphorus in it and don't want to absorb the extra phosphorus in my body, then this is the medicine for it.
It binds with the phosphorus in my food so I won't be able to absorb it so in that way I will be able to maintain a normal level in my body. It will in turn cause my hyperparathyroid to exacerbate its already hyper state which is the root cause of my body's pain issues that makes my life miserable.
This is an expensive medicine, it costs PhP 88.00 or $1.64 per tablet and I have to take at least two tablets per day of these medicine but the good news is that I had a discount for VAT which is 12% and the 20% for being a person with disability. So the price was slashed about 30% in that regard.
There is the calculation of the discount that I've got with the discounts in this receipt. But oh well at least I had some discount and it will help me with my budget and I am thankful because our government just are very gracious for people with disability. Thank God and steemit in my right.
