Egg's are a nutritional powerhouse but the yolk is bad for you so by eating around 4 to 5 eggs you consume about 555 mg of cholesterol just from the eggs alone.The safe amount of eggs to eat a day is 3. People with diabetes may increase their risk of heart disease by eating more than 1 egg per day.
