CORRECT SLEEPING POSTURE

As a expectant mother, the correct sleeping posture has close relationship with baby's health.Usually, it does not suggest to sleep supinely or sleep on right side, and the most reasonable posture is to lie on the left side, especially after 6-month pregnancy.

  1. SLEEP SUPINELY

If you sleep supinely, the growing uterus will give pressure on abdominal aorta,which reduce the blood flow obviously. Also, it have pressure on lower limb venous and ureteral. These are all harmful to mom and baby.

  1. SLEEP ON RIGHT SIDE

It is not good for baby's growing if you sleep on right side, because uterus usually rotate towards right on some degree after pregant. So if you sleep on right side for a long time, it will pull the blood vessels of uterus and thus affect the blood supply to baby.
