Nice post man! One of the number one risk factors for developing diabetes in an unhealthy diet (especially high intakes of sodium and sugar). Fancy and convenient enough, these are two of the fan favorites in terms of dietary factors... usually. I like how your post hit some of these foods/food groups to focus on in order to minimize the risk of developing diabetes, or in this case, ridding of the disease altogether. Wonderful post :)
