Bodily exercise indeed is profitable, I always do more skipping and jog every every morning and it has been helpful to me. Thanks for these educative and informative post, you have really spent more time on it, well done @enoch158

Thanks @collinz. But I think you could add weight exercises to your routines by starting with the Push Ups and Pull Ups.
