Mental health: there is no way to define, because it is related to the perception that each one has of their own reality, their religions, social integration, among others. Mental is related to the emotional well-being and psychological balance of one.
Social health: is the concept of the ability to interact in society. Both in contact with other people, as the way of relating, in a healthy and balanced way.

Why is this set of health important in any aspect?
A stressed or anxious person has difficulty concentrating, can’t interact. In addition, it can shake the environment in which they are. Another example, about disease. It also fails to fulfill its functions properly.
Everyone submerges when there is no zeal for well-being, contentment and relationships at work. Even so, there is negligence on the part of many organizations in this regard.
In all spheres of worker’s health there is an interference in their productivity and behavior, harming the way they deliver the results.
