And we know that in every vegetables it is rich of vitamins and it is affordable also. All we have to do is to cook vegetables. And be vegetarian to have long life.
One of the vegetable is rich of vitamins is the squash. This vitamins is for our good eyesight. Not only for that but it is good for our health. We just only cook squash through this following recipe. Pwede syang gawing adobo,ipanghalu kapag mag luluto ng gulay na sinabawan at iba pa. Pwede rin itong pakuluan at ipakain sa mga bata.

I miss squash actually, I love it sauteed and as far as I remember my grandma cook squash better than I do. =)
