The maintenance of renal health is important, taking into account the functions that are vital to the health of the body.

Kidney disease in the early stages has no signs or symptoms at all.

The victims will not feel any difference until the disease has entered an advanced stage.

 Kidney damage has brought a variety of other health problems. 

 Here are my special kidney tips that can help make the kidneys stay healthy, especially when you have a risk of developing kidney disease: 

1. Maintain your state of health and sufficient activity.

2. Maintain a normal blood sugar levels through regular detection.

3. Check your blood pressure.

4. Eating healthy foods and maintaining weight remained normal.

5. Healthy drinking water consumption in sufficient quantities.

6. Do not smoke.

7. Do not take any medications without care.

8. Regularly check for kidney function, especially if there is a risk factor.


 

The kidneys also work to help control blood pressure and produce hormones that the body needs to stay healthy.

Diabetes and hypertension are the cause of the most common kidney damage.

Both health conditions can damage the kidneys slowly over the years.
