Fasting is not easy when fasting over 24 hours.

For personal experience, 3 things to do during fasting

  1. Drink enough water
  2. Enough rest
  3. Reduced exercise

3 things to avoid

  1. Don't fast during working day
  2. Don't drink milk or milk product before or after fasting
  3. Don't skip breakfast
