Fasting is not easy when fasting over 24 hours.
For personal experience, 3 things to do during fasting
- Drink enough water
- Enough rest
- Reduced exercise
3 things to avoid
- Don't fast during working day
- Don't drink milk or milk product before or after fasting
- Don't skip breakfast
