🤗 My heart goes out to you for having to struggle with the condition every month. (And I thought I had it bad when I was a teen and would do nothing but vomit for the first two days of my period. 😨)

Glad to read that you're feeling better already and that the diet is working out for you. 🌻 (When you get the chance try spaghetti squash sautéed with some garlic, pepper & a light squeeze of lemon. 😋)

I think dancing is one the best ways to exercise, as it's a lot more fun than strength training or a hamster wheel (and you end up with some dance moves 😉).

Thank you! The worst part of it is that the doctors didn't give me any help with it and I had to Google the diet :D I'm sorry you had to deal with that during your teen years too. I will try the squash again it sounds good that way!
