Morning DETOX Healing TEA // Fresh Ginger, Lemon, & Apple Cider Vinegar
How to make: Morning DETOX Healing Tea
This tea is great for cleansing the body, reducing inflammation, cleansing the liver, and boosting your immunity.
Fresh ginger has many health benefits including improves blood circulation, natural anti-inflammatory, relieves menstrual cramps, helps fight cold and flu symptoms, and reduces nausea or motion sickness.
Apple cider vinegar has many health benefits including stimulating the digestive tract, promotes good gut bacteria, balances the body's natural pH levels, boosts your immune system and aids in weight loss.
While the Lemon has health benefits including detoxifies the body, balances the body's natural pH levels, boosts brain power, alkalizes the body, and has anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties.
So, now let's make the tea!
First, I start by heating up a pot of water. I like to heat my water up with my Breville tea pot to about 165℉. Once heated up, let the water sit and cool.
Next, grate fresh ginger. I like a lot of ginger in my tea because it helps reduce my nausea and relieves my menstrual cramps.
Once grated, I place the ginger in a loose leaf tea steeper, transfer the ginger into my tea jar and pour hot water over to start the steeping process. This tea infuser is one of my favorite jars because of it's built in filter, two removable lids, and ability to take on-the-go.

Next, I squeeze half of a fresh lemon into the tea.
Lastly, I add around 2 tablespoons of Apple cider vinegar and a little squeeze of Organic Blue Agave Nectar to sweeten up the tea.
