All day Energizer Smoothie //FITNESS TIPS RECEPTS
Today I have good recept for you. It is Energizer drink. It is so great and delicious I highly recommend. Give this with breakfast or like snack. It has good combination of good carbs because final smoothie is from fruit and this contains fructose not table sugar which is easily stored in fat tissues. This smoothie contains a lot of vitamins and protein. I recommend use yogurt with a higher number of proteins.
