Fishing session with Bogdan #3 - Advantages of cooked Trout - Easy 20 minutes recipe

Today I am going to give you a couple of reasons you should grab your fishing rod, go on a river and catch some trout for your wife to cook and enjoy it with your family.
First of all, here is a 20 minutes recipe that I use when I bring back home some trout. It is quite easy to cook and you need few resources in the kitchen to do it.
Benefits of cooked trout:
🐠 It contains a lot of proteins
It is recommended for your body to get up to 35 percent of your total calories only from the protein. Here it depends of cource of your calories per day target, but 35 percent from your target should be only proteins.
🐠 It contains a lot of vitamins and minerals
The trout is rich in omega-3, potassium, phosphorus, B-vitamin complex and selenium, most of them beeing important for your brain development. So be smart to become smarter !
🐠 Trout is quite low in fat
Trout has very few fat and saturated fat and and also very little milligrams of cholesterol in each 3-ounce serving. This has been agreed also by The American Heart Association and the Harvard School of Public Health
