To have a better health, follow these steps. First you awake, drink a cup of water (330 ml). Before eating by 15 min. to 1 hour, drink a cup of water. After eating by 40 min., drink a hot water (less than 50°C) to dissolve fats. Also, drink while you are setting, not while you are standing. In addition, Before breakfast, eat 1 clove because it is good for kidneys health. You should drink 10 cups of water daily.
