Good morning Steemians, it's been a while.
How do you get ready for each day?
Some pray, exercise, wash up, and have some coffee before going out and about.

Now I'd say a good meal is a good way to start your day. Have you had breakfast today?

Breakfast is very important to health. It can reduce high blood pressure, obesity, heart diseases, and obesity. It also improves memory and concentration levels. It makes us happier too😀

Kids and Teens who eat breakfast have more energy, do better in school, and eat healthier throughout the day.

Without breakfast, people can get irritable, restless and tired. So have your breakfast today. Your brain and body needs the energy to work at its best

I pray,brush, excercise sometime eat and run out,

I can agree with the irritation that trails a life without breakfast and most people suffer the transferred aggression, and also the restlessness that comes with it.
