3. Lose Weight

Over weight is the most dangerous enemy of your health. It’s the root cause of many diseases and hindrance to enjoy our life . So, we must keep our weight in proper shape to keep away from diseases and enjoy our life to the full.

For a good health you have to be conscious about all over fitness of your body and mind. So you should get regular checkups. Your doctor keeps track of your medical history and can help you stay healthy.
