Daily Challenge Completed - 360 reps:
- 10 sets of 15 reps of Tendonitis Eccentric Cable Machine = 150 reps
- 5 x 7 sets of 6 reps of Tendonitis Strengthening exercises = 210 reps
That just sounds so painful.
Yeah... guess how much fun this all was?
zero. It was zero fun.
I had to do it in two different sessions... but it's all done and I'm sure I'm heaps strongerer now.
