Bagaimana cara meningkatkan sistem kekebalan tubuh?
1 yaitu dengan mengkonsumsi makanan yang mengandung antioksidan.*
antioksidan ini berfungsi meningkatkan sistem kekebalan tubuh. Seperti buah manggis, buah jeruk, buah anggur, sayur-sayuran, kacang almond dan kacang kedelai. Semua makanan ini bisa meningkatkan sistem kekebalan tubuh menjadi kuat.*
2. Tidur tepat waktu
