In our lifetime,we need to understand that living healthy and been fit is a thing of purpose and determination, as research has shown that many diseases like obesity,heart disease,high blood pressure and so on can be attached to our nutrition and the way we live. We need to understand that eating late is very unsafe for individuals. Eating too much salt is not good especially when you are above 40years.
Exercise is also a very important activity to be involve as it helps to loose excess fat, helps the heart rate and so on.
Drinking lots of water is very essential for a good life as it helps the kidney,the digestive system,we have to understand fluid is essential for life as it helps body vitality.
