Because of the image you used, I must make this comment:

Do NOT use bottled water or store water in a plastic bottle. Use glass. It costs, but you only have to buy a few bottles once and then you can re-fill them again and again.

Plastic gives off chemicals than are poisonous for our bodies.

Try to find water without chemicals or fluoride - fluoride cannot be removed (not economically) so do not believe if the advertising says fluoride has been filtered or oxygenated out.

Otherwise, yes, water is very healthy and necessary - but now scientists are admitting that the water in milk, fruit juice, coffee, tea, coconut water etc., can be counted as water, so enjoy meeting your requirements with a variety of tastes
