I have to change my drinking habit.
Most people including me avoid drinking water before bed time so they don't pothered by waking up at middle of the night to urinate. Well obviously that is not the healthy way.

Most people including me avoid drinking water before bed time so they don't pothered by waking up at middle of the night to urinate. Well obviously that is not the healthy way.
I don't know (thankfully) about the heart attack or stroke, but as a 40+ year martial artist that practices daily, if I do not drink water before sleeping, I am more prone to leg/foot cramping at night.
Same here.
Except for the 40+ year practice experience :)
