Hey guys today I'm going to share with you my few tips on how to boost your testosterone naturally and if you have low testosterone like many men do; you're going to find that these natural cures very helpful to overcome it.

I think after reading this article if you implement the tips I suggest you're going to notice changes in probably 24 to 48 hours that fast.

So let’s get started

Intermittent Fasting:

To overcome low testosterone you can start intermittent fasting now.Intermittent fasting has shown to increase testosterone by 400% that's amazing, 400% increase in testosterone if you do it along with weight training.

Intermittent fasting that basically means you skip breakfast and you eat your meals closer together you'll eat 2 to 3 meals per day one at noon one at 3:00 and your last meal around 6 o'clock in the evening.

This is going to allow your organs to rest especially your liver; which is so crucial for naturally balancing hormones especially testosterone.

So again just drink a lot of water in the morning or you can also do some green veggies juice no sugar. But again just green veggie juice and water and then at noon you can consume your first meal so that's step number one intermittent fasting.

Weight training:

Going to the gym at least 3 days a week; ideally 4 or 5 days a week and lifting heavy weights will boost your testosterone levels. Make sure you are performing compound exercise such as Squats, Deadlifts and Bench press.

If you do intermittent fasting along with heavy weight training you're going to see huge results in your testosterone and specifically being in there at least 30 minutes, but as long as an hour or so; can be very beneficial.

Heavy weight training helps naturally boost testosterone levels.

Healthy fats:

Add in a lot of healthy fat in your diet; you know most men with low testosterone are consuming too much junk food and too many carbohydrates; you got to get rid of that stuff and load up on healthy fats.

I want you to go for three categories of healthy fats.

Healthy saturated fat:

You're going to find healthy saturated fat in coconut oil and raw fermented dairy products like raw goat's milk kefir and yogurt, even raw goats or sheep milk, cheese.

Those things not really you're conventional dairy that'll actually damper your testosterone; raw organic dairy products or just coconut oil those forms of saturated fat.

Healthy omega-3 fatty acids; so consuming salmon a couple times a week or doing a quality fish oil supplement is great. Also flax seeds, chia seeds and walnuts are also great for low testosterone you get those Omega 3’s.

Then Monounsaturated fats; consuming an avocado a day or some olive oil, almonds would be the other ones that would really help get those healthy fats that can help you naturally boost your testosterone levels.

Liver detox:

Forgiveness:

You heard me !!!!.

If you struggle with frustration, unforgiveness, anger issues those things drop your testosterone levels over time.

So if you know that you struggle with anger, not able to forgive, resentment any of those issues frustration; write down a list of the people you need to forgive and forgive them you know and you can do that just yourself; between you and God or you can do that in person but that really is important.

If you're somebody who resent all the time, start working on your spiritual wellness or you can also turn to other personal growth books for that or seek out the help of a counsellor or a good church; but really take care of those emotional issues.

And you'll see that's going to really help you cleanse and detoxify; spiritually is going to also help naturally raise your testosterone levels.

Vitamin D:

If you want to make sure you're getting specific nutrients that can help boost testosterone levels, one of the most important things is vitamin d3.

If you are low in vitamin D it will absolutely crush your testosterone levels so you want to be getting out in the Sun 20 to 30 minutes every day.

And listen if you are not in the Sun that day if you live up north or if you're inside all day any day where you're not getting 20 minutes of direct sunlight on your skin you want to supplement with 5,000 IU's of vitamin d3 daily.

Vitamin D3 daily and if you get your blood levels tested and you're extremely low that's below 50 you typically want to do 5,000 IU's twice a day for three months to get those numbers up but listen you can do everything in the world but if your vitamin D levels aren't right your testosterone levels will stay low that's a very simple.

Just start taking that vitamin d3 supplement to naturally support testosterone levels.

A few other supplements that can help adaptogenic herbs like ginseng, ashwagandha has been shown to naturally support healthy testosterone levels.
