  1. Swap CANDY 🍭 for FRUIT🍉 - Fruit is a great option if you have a sweet tooth. Candy has a lot of unhealthy ingredients, processed sugar, food dyes, whilst fruit has vitamins, minerals, fiber and is often loaded with water 💦
  2. Swap REGULAR CRACKERS for ➡️ FLAX CRACKERS - most crackers are nutrient deficient & include irritants like gluten or flour. But flax crackers are packed with fiber, healthy fats & protein. This is good because it’ll leave you feeling fuller for longer, and hence less likely to snack on other foods!
  3. Swap COFFEE CREAMERS for COCONUT OIL 🥥- If you love your coffee creamy but don’t want the extra calories, try coconut oil! Add 1/2 to 1 tbsp coconut oil to a blender with your coffee and blend it! Add a packet of stevia for sweetness if you like 😋 .
