Healthy life or fitness?
Differences between being fitness and being healthy.
We have seen people with a toned body and others with slim but healthy bodies, today I come to tell you the difference between these two.
A healthy person is a person who:
Do physical activities daily
Maintains a healthy diet without leaving the pleasures of life that is food
will always have a body weight according to the percentage of body fat.
Get a good night's sleep 8 hours rem.
Always has good habits in general.
A fitness person is a person who:
Make a specific nutrition plan
It has a macro and micro nutrient count
Make a training plan
Perform phases of volume and body definition.
Notice the differences? They are few but they are quite visible.
Why am I telling you this?
You don't have to be a fitness person to get results in your body and your health, not do you have to be attentive to the scale or the visual (I mean bodily).
The main mistake of failure when a person begins to exercise is because they start mainly visually, that is, they want to lose weight or tone up fast.
You must focus first on your health, you must improve your habits, step by step then you will go far, in a while you could even make the decision whether or not to be a fitness person, but always make the decision to be healthy.
Tip: Don't make abrupt diets, don't think about losing weight quickly, if you force something you can have the rebound effect or you could even get sick.
Each body as well as each mind is different, you must work on yourself without comparing yourself to others.
Have a plan, have a routine and work on yourself, physically and mentally and step by step, you will go far in life and by this I mean everything in general.
