Great and honestly written by "insider" and it deserves re-steem.
I see two problems in science:
- principle of collecting the points (impacts, papers, h-index...) that force people to recycle the ideas over and over again
- fact that peer-review is just theoretical/ technical (false protocols, 10x high/low concentrations, pressing the data until it confess)
