Eating a high fat diet? Good for you.

But remember to look beyond the macronutrient level (fats, carbs, proteins) and into the micronutrient food of food (vitamins, minerals, fatty acids etc).

Because not all fats are equal.

Vegetable oils like canola oil are all fat, just like coconut oil or butter. But from a micronutrient point of view they are completely different foods.

Canola oil is extremely high in PUFAs - which can cause a lot of health damage. Whereas coconut oil is low in pufa and high in saturated fats.

Remember, look beyond 'fats and carbs' and into the makeup of the fats and the carbs. This is more important when it comes to health.
