LOL I understand your mentality Sir but things don't workout that way here. No one cares. Even if I organize a community clean up, very few or nobody will turn up. Everyone literally care about the up keep of their homes and not the environment.

Even if I decide to take care of it on my own and ask for some sort of donation, very few or none will donate. Even the few that might donate might be giving just few cents.

So, the only solution to take care of it is for me to be doing it on my own as if I'm the only inhabitant in my neighbourhood. The truth is I can, but not always can.
